Includes 4 BW & color digital files that you can use to print or upload to a web page.  Session will take about 15-20 minutes.  The session time only allows for 1 outfit, but you are welcome to bring a jacket, scarf or other easily changeable accessory to get different “looks.”  Sessions will take place outdoors, not in a studio. (Very similar to the photos above.)

Some of my favorite photographs that I’ve taken are the ones that show that special connection between Mom and child.  There is always such love … such wonderment … such peace.  With Mother’s Day coming up in just a few short weeks (May 9, 2010 for anyone needing to add it to your calendar!), I’d like to offer a special to all the Moms out there.

The March mini session event takes place this Sunday, March 14 at Dickson Azalea Gardens in downtown Orlando.  The rains WILL stop and this weekend is supposed to be gorgeous.  The azaleas are in bloom in the gardens, so this month is a perfect month for a photo session.

What exactly is a mini session? Here’s how it works:

• On one day every month I will offer mini sessions. I will publish the date in advance on this blog.
• The mini sessions will be held at a pre-determined location.
• Each mini session will last 20-30 minutes and you will sign up for a time in advance.
• Mini sessions are prices WITH product — as a package deal. There are no substitutions on the product included. (See below.)
• Mini sessions are perfect for kid sessions, family sessions (4 people/pets or fewer), dog sessions, maternity sessions. Mini sessions are not available for newborn sessions or extended family sessions (more than 4 people/pets).

What do mini sessions cost? And what is included in the package?

Mini sessions are $395 and include: 4 – 5×7″ prints, 2 – 8×10″ prints, 1 – 11×14″ print , and all your proofs in 4×6″ bordered prints or 1 high resolution digital file. Additional products can be purchased at VIP prices.

What does Chick-fil-a and KarenLeslie Photography have in common?  Well, aside from the craving for chicken biscuits every now and then, its the Cutest Cow Clad Kid Contest (whew … say that 5 times fast!).  This Saturday (March 6, 2010) from 9am – 12noon, KarenLeslie Photography will be on site at the Chick-fil-at Kirkman Shops located at 4752 S. Kirkman Road in Orlando (its at the corner of Kirkman Rd. and Conroy Rd.) I’m going to be taking pictures of tons of really cute kids and your kid could be one of them.  Every kid will receive a FREE 5×7″ photograph of their mini-mini session and be entered into the contest where they can win 1 year of free weekly Kids meals from Chick-fil-a, a photo package from KarenLeslie Photography worth$300 and a $50 savings bond.  This photo contest is open to kids from ages 1-4.
