While we called this session a newborn session, this sweet angel was a bit older than my typical newborns. By the time I met her she was already 8 weeks old. Usually that makes for a much more animated session (than the typical “sleepy newborn” shots), but she proved us wrong by giving us some great animated expressions, as well as sleepy newborn poses.
