Time Passes Too Quickly

November 25, 2009

About 2 1/2 years ago, I photographed this little cutie when he was just days old. So, when mom called to schedule a session this year, I was excited to see how he had grown! There is something about this age (2- 3) that is so fun … and difficult at the same time. I had to work hard for this session. ;) What I’m learning is that you have to throw all your expectations out the window … and just go with the flow. And, maybe that’s a really important life lesson to apply to life.

Location is downtown Sanford, which is a really wonderful location for anyone who is interested in an Urban style session.

Boys

November 9, 2009

I had such a fun session last week with this family. They invited me over to their house, I brought my camera, and we played. It was such a fun way to do a family photo session. I’m so excited about all the photos that it was hard to narrow it down to just a few to share with you in this preview. I’m going to have a really hard time trying to narrow down the entire session!

Coming Soon….

November 7, 2009

Yes, I guess I’m on a posting roll today. That’s what happens when you get a bunch of time to get some work done. I met this beautiful couple last weekend for their maternity session. We had a lot of fun talking about babies coming and everything fun related to that. They are just so joyful together.

Mini Session Family

November 7, 2009

I’ve photographed this family a few times over the past few years, which only reminds me how quickly time goes by. This year it was the youngest member’s 6th birthday! I can’t believe he’s already 6!

I love both of these next ones of mom & dad. They each have their own feel to them. Hint: They would look Amazing as large canvas prints on your walls. :)

4 Dogs

November 7, 2009

I received a call earlier this year from this client who proposed a challenge for me: photographing 4 dogs. I was ready for the challenge! We did the session at Fleet People’s Park in Winter Park, which is a great dog park. There were a few distractions from other dogs, but the dogs did great. In fact, I often commented on how well behaved they were! Enjoy these photos of these sweet dogs. :)

Love … Times Two

November 4, 2009

This beautiful couple was so in love that they were just giggling with happiness throughout our session. It was so cute! They have lots to be happy about because they are expecting twin girls in just a few weeks. So, enjoy these maternity photos and stay tuned for some yummy twin newborn photos!

This next photo is exactly why I LOVE working with natural light. See the rainbow? That was not digitally put in via Photoshop during editing … that was actually there! Isn’t that fun?
